Co-Creating Culture
Your Partner in Equity and Connection:
Building Inclusive Cultures That Transform Teams and Communities.

Reimagine. Collaborate. Transform.
At Co-Creating Culture, we believe that meaningful change starts with a bold vision, deep relationships, and collective action. Our approach — Reimagine. Collaborate. Transform. — guides everything we do, ensuring that organizations, teams, and communities move beyond business as usual to create lasting impact.
We challenge the status quo and invite organizations to think beyond limitations. By centering possibility, we help teams envision new ways of working, engaging, and leading. Whether it’s reimagining workplace culture, redefining community impact, or reshaping leadership practices, we support our partners in dreaming bigger and building toward a future that reflects their deepest values.
The work of liberation for all is not a solo endeavor. We believe in co-creation; working alongside organizations, leaders, and community members to develop solutions that are not only effective but also inclusive and sustainable. Our participatory approach ensures that every voice is valued, and every perspective is considered as we work toward shared goals.
Change happens when vision meets action. We equip teams with the tools, strategies, and frameworks needed to implement real, lasting shifts in their organizations and communities. By grounding our work in emergent strategy, data-driven decision making, and deep listening, we help organizations turn possibilities into realities, ensuring that transformation is not just a moment—but a movement.
Are you ready to co-create a culture that is more inclusive, impactful, and aligned with your mission? Let’s build it together.

Current Rates
At Co-Creating Culture, we believe in equitable access to transformational facilitation, training, and public speaking. We recognize that systemic inequities impact financial resources, and we are committed to offering a sliding scale to ensure that cost is not a barrier to meaningful change.Sliding scales are an equity-based approach to pricing, acknowledging that different individuals and organizations have different levels of financial privilege and access to funding. As Embracing Equity explains, "Sliding scale pricing is a tool for economic justice, allowing people to pay according to their available resources while ensuring that those providing services are fairly compensated" (Embracing Equity, 2022).This model is based on the guidance from Alexis J. Cunningfolk, which emphasizes that a sliding scale is not a discount but rather a way of redistributing resources to create a sustainable and accessible system for all.How to Use This Scale
Below is a tiered pricing structure based on financial access and privilege. Please reflect honestly on your financial situation and organizational funding sources to select the appropriate rate. If you are funded by a large institution, have significant financial privilege, or are passing the cost to a client or funder, please pay at the highest tier. If you need some guidance in determining your tier, please contact us.
Tier | Who is this for? | Hourly Rate |
---|---|---|
"Pay it Forward" Rate | Corporations, well-funded non-profits, government agencies, universities, and individuals with financial privilege | $750 |
Full Rate | Non-profits with budgets between $750K and $1.5M, self-funded initiatives, and individuals with financial privilege | $500 |
Solidarity Rate | Non-profit orgs with budgets under $750K, BIPOC-led grassroots orgs, those experiencing financial hardship | $250 |
Standard rates do not include the cost of food or travel. Prep/Admin time for services are billed at 25% of hourly rate.
If your organization is unable to meet these rates, please reach out to discuss alternative forms of payment. We are committed to ensuring that access to facilitation, coaching, and training is available to those who need it most, while also valuing the labor and expertise that make this work possible. For more insight into the importance of sliding scales, check out:Embracing Equity: "Embracing an Equitable Sliding Scale"
